The real estate market continues to be very strong per the 2020 YTD (Dec.2020) Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) report. Here is a market performance summary for 2020 vs 2019 –
- Homes Sold Unit Increase = 4.5%
- Average Selling Price Increase = 9.0%
- Median Selling Price Increase = 11%
- Cumulative Days on Market, CDOM (Selling Faster) = 10% Decrease
2020 was a very strong year to sell a home and market predictions for 2021 remain the same.
