Signature Healthcare at North Hardin provides 24 hour skilled nursing services and  offers rehabilitation services for individuals needing short term therapy to return home or for those needing long term care.  We offer a variety of rehab services six days per week, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The facility Chaplain offers counseling and spiritual guidance for residents, families, and staff.  Our Quality of Life team focuses on innovative approaches to meet the needs of those we serve and provide a number of activities throughout the day including Church service on Wednesday and Sunday.
