HEARTSONG MEMORY CARE ADULT DAYCARE

Adult Daycare at Heartsong Memory Care is a licensed, weekday healthcare program for people with Alzheimer’s and Dementia who need socialization and care during the day. Daycare provides much needed relief for the caregiver who may have to work or simply needs a respite. Each individual’s nutritional, health, social and emotional needs are addressed by our compassionate, professional team. Participants enjoy group activities such as music, art, games, and gardening. Bathing and assistance with personal hygiene are available. Transportation is free in a designated service area. The Adult Daycare Program is *free for most Medicaid patients.
