Baptist Health Home Care Agency’s team of professionals stays in close contact with your physician while you are under our care and includes: Professional nurses; home health aides; physical, speech language and occupational therapists; social workers; and chaplains. We also provide programs to meet special needs, including: private duty nursing services; infusion therapy; a heart care program; and mental health services.
